Healthcare Product Owner ⌖ Bangkok / HybridDiscover and map real healthcare workflows Turn needs into priorities, requirements and acceptance criteria Align clinical, business and engineering teams Lead pilots, UAT and evidence-based iteration 5+ years in Product, PO, BA or complex delivery Strong stakeholder and documentation skills Data / AI literacy and structured problem solving Healthcare or regulated-system experience is an advantage Change must earn its place.
VENTVIBE / OPEN ROLE 02
Healthcare Tech Lead ⌖ Bangkok / HybridOwn secure, maintainable product architecture Build hands-on from prototype to reliable software Integrate APIs, data systems and AI services Establish testing, deployment and observability practices 7+ years in software or product engineering Strong full-stack, API, database and cloud experience Proven technical leadership while still writing code Security and privacy experience; healthcare is an advantage Build what keeps its value, even when it must leave its maker.

People & Culture Coordinator ⌖ Bangkok / HybridCreate a welcoming, connected day-to-day team experience Coordinate team rituals, gatherings and celebrations Support onboarding, communication and practical team needs Make space for people to feel heard and supported Warm, observant, dependable and inclusive Strong listening, communication and organization Comfortable connecting people from different backgrounds No healthcare or technology background required Difficult work still needs human warmth.

Operations & Hospitality Coordinator ⌖ Bangkok / HybridWelcome guests, teammates and partners with thoughtful care Coordinate supplies, schedules, spaces and team logistics Notice small practical needs and solve them reliably Support gatherings and day-to-day operations hands-on Humble, generous and strongly service-minded Reliable, organized and attentive to detail Comfortable helping wherever practical support is needed No healthcare or technology background required Care often lives in the small things.
